Reservation Information

There is no form for football reservations. Reservations are accepted VIA EMAIL ONLY (see below).

We begin accepting reservation requests for home football weekends as of 12:00 AM, Midnight, EDT, the morning of April 1st VIA EMAIL to cmaciej1@nd.edu.

Reservations are made according to the time/date stamp of the email request.

The email request should include:

  • the game weekend(s)
  • the number of beds (if more than 2)
  • and the number of nights (if more than 2)

Requests for more than one football weekend should be listed according to preference (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)

A minimum 2 bed/2 night reservation per room (Friday and Saturday nights) is required for all football reservations. Thursday nights stays may be added.

There is no minimum bed requirement per room for Thursday nights prior or Sunday nights post-game. 

Sunday nights post-game are reserved at the regular nightly rate of $60 per bed per night ($70 for a room with a private bathroom/shower).

2026 Football Weekend Rate

$125 per bed per night (for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights only).

A deposit of 50% of the total due must be received within 30 days of receipt of the reservation statement/confirmation.

Deposit payment information is included in the confirmation. The deposit is 50% refundable upon cancellation.

If the deposit amount is not received within the 30-day time period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. 

Parking

A parking pass for the Parish Center parking lot is included with a reservation (one pass per reservation).

The parking spaces in our parking lot are now numbered and assigned (for football reservations only).

Each parking pass with the assigned parking space number must be clearly visible through the windshield of your vehicle for the entirety of your stay.

All vehicles without a visible parking pass for the appropriate game weekend will be towed at the owner's expense.

Food/Beverages

Football guests may use the refrigerators and freezer in the Community Hall Kitchen to store food/beverages for the game weekend. There is also an ice machine, 2 microwaves, and a coffee maker (coffee, cups, creamer, and sweetners are also provided).

Stove/oven use is not permitted. 

Food & beverage coolers must be stored in the Community Hall or the Kitchen area on the main floor. Coolers are not allowed on the upper floors/in the bedrooms.

Alcohol consumption is limited to the Community Hall and/or the outdoor patio area.

No alcoholic beverages/containers of any kind may be stored/consumed on the Upper Floors or the Basement Level of the building at any time. 

Intoxication on the premises is never tolerated, regardless of age, event, or reason. Any/all intoxicated guests will be asked to leave immediately of their own volition; if unable or unwilling, they will be removed from the premises by the UND Police.
