Marriages
Please call the parish office at least nine months in advance to begin marriage preparation. Parish weddings can take place in the Crypt or in the Chapel of the Sacred Heart at the Parish Center. Reservations for a Basilica or Log Chapel wedding can only be made through the parish for those who have been active, contributing parishioners for at least two years prior to making a reservation.
Baptisms
Please call the parish office at least two months in advance. The diocese requires new parents to attend a pre-baptism class, which must be arranged prior to scheduling a baptism date. Godparents are also encouraged to attend the pre-baptism class.
First Eucharist and Confirmation
First Eucharist and Confirmation preparation for youth are done through our Religious Education program in the appropriate school year.
Funerals
The funeral home staff will contact the parish to make arrangements. Funerals can be held in the Chapel of the Sacred Heart at the Parish Center or in the Basilica. Due to the entry steps, a casket cannot be brought into the Crypt.
